Have to agree with you on that. All his stats are against garbage defenses, and the minute he stepped onto the field against a semi legitimate one, he was completely shut down.chriscbear said:
Pass on Ashton Jenty. That's just me. Too small a RB
You have to remember that it was the Boise OL against the Penn State DL. They were overmatched from the moment they stepped on the field. So, what did you guys think of Trey Lance? Is he a keeper? Backup #1 if Dak comes back and Cooper Rush leaves in FA? Not the #1 at this point I think. But keep grooming him and keep getting him in games
My guess is that Cooper played himself into a better deal than we will offer him, probably not as #1, but maybe a chance to play for the #1 but probably backup. He won't have that here if Dak returns. We will need a solid #2BearForce said:I would keep him as a backup and draft a developmental one late.Assassin said:

The way I see it is a bit different. I see that he did really well against the teams that he should have done well against. And he had nearly two hundred yards against then top-ranked Oregon.Realitybites said:Assassin said:

Even against UNLV he only managed 128 yards and 3.9 per carry.
The numbers that got him into the Heisman discussion were primarily against these defenses, with their average rushing yards per game given up in parenthesis.
Georgia Southern (429 yard/game)
Washington State (442 yards/game)
Hawaii (376 yards/game)
Nevada (391 yards/game)
Oregon State (399 yards/game).

Jerry Jones kept talking about wanting a coach that would agree to an incentives based contract. But I argued the market pays otherwise 🤷🏼‍♀️then he said he didn’t want anyone who didn’t want to be here but I argued if someone doesn’t make you feel like you are wanted why would you?…

Ok, buddy. Here is the reality: either you are the GM or you aren't. If you don't know what your own team contracts say, then you are the worst GM in the league. Every GM's job is to know that. https://t.co/KWA1DHhll0
Did you actually pick a DT from Michigan? Third times the charm?Assassin said:
However I am thinking that a tradeback might be better in this draft. Like the 2nd - 4th better than the 1st. I am looking for two years down the road, not 2025
The odds are bound to turn to one of them being good.. eventuallyTechDawgMc said:Did you actually pick a DT from Michigan? Third times the charm?Assassin said:

How about Jerry Jones just killing it on “Landman?!” Legit phenomenal acting in a scene with Jon Hamm and Billy Bob Thornton. pic.twitter.com/6UjcL1KY2Q

After several days of discussions about the 2024 season and the future, #Cowboys owner Jerry Jones and coach Mike McCarthy remain open to moving forward together and the sides are expected to open talks today on a new contract to keep him in Dallas, per sources.

He is a certified attention *****...he did this to Garrett to basically. If I'm Mike and I have other options, I would bolt. Just play along with the negotiation until the contract expires and then bolt.
Picks No. 8 to No. 14.
