Shapen had so few passing attempts in the 2nd half that when he had to throw in the 2nd OT, he was way off the mark - was that a lack of confidence that the OC created or is he hurt?

We've seen Shapen be extremely accurate. He was wildly off on the attempt to Fleek and the 4th down pass never had a chance. Something is up.
