The schedule is very similar to last year when Baylor went from playing an Iowa State defense that plays a little more bend-but-don't-break to a Cowboy defense that attacked our offense limiting the Gerry Bohannon-led offense to 280 Total yards.
Well, this Cowboy defense while under a new Defensive Coordinator Derek Mason remains an aggressive style of defense, especially on passing downs. The strength of the Cowboy defense has to be upfront. The Cowboys have a very experienced group that is highlighted by three (3) Sixth Year Seniors in Brock Martin (DE), Brendon Evers (DT), and Sione Asi (DT) plus one 5th year senior in Tyler Lacy (DE). These guys are men, I mean men. Their average age is over 24 years old. So our experienced offensive line will meet a very formidable front on Saturday.
