I seem to recall they had some "glitches" like that in their remake of Kyle.Jayman1963 said:
An Aggy must have been responsible for building that part of the stadium.
Tennessee is 0-39 vs Top 10 teams since 2007.

No surprise there. Tennessee has the worst stadium in the SEC. An 85,000 seat stadium with an 100,000 seat capacity. Abandoned dormitory rooms built into it and held together by rust.
There is a Jumbotron in that end zone.
And it can get loud in there. Crazy loud. This Saturday it will be like sitting in an engine of a 747.
I foresee several long "trips to the restroom", "visits to the concession stand", "talking to a friend"....gobears20 said:I’ll sit in this seat saturday idc pic.twitter.com/CndcQVYlZN

Has anyone paid for these seats?
Spend $$$ for a view of players on the sideline?
It is slightly smaller than Kyle Field for perspective.IowaBear said:
Bacon 16 my family was headed to Florida for vacation. We happened to stop in Knoxville, parked right by Neyland. Walked right into the stadium and onto the field. This was in the middle of June. Stadium definitely needs sone updates as it's old. But as far as sheer size it's huge. I can imagine it's quite intimidating for opponents when Tennessee is good
I like Heupel.PartyBear said:
OU probably wishes they had Huepel as HC. I admit I underestimated him. I thought since he took over a great situation at UCF and then it declined under him Tennessee was not making a good move. Of course now that I have said this watch Tennesse lose out now.
It's a joke that teams sell seats like this at all. It's nothing more than corporate greed run amok.whitetrash said:
A few years ago my former BU roommate tweeted out this pic of the view from his seat on his first visit to Wrigley Field. It explained why his seat was relatively cheap and available.

These aren't "obstructed view" seats. Your view is of the pole, and it's quite clear.
Epilogue: he and his wife were rescued by Cubs season ticket holder nearby who had a couple of extra unused seats.bear2be2 said:It's a joke that teams sell seats like this at all. It's nothing more than corporate greed run amok.whitetrash said:

Have yet to get to Kyle Field. My goal is to see every d1 football stadium. Lane Stadium is the coolest I've been in so far.
Looking at the river is nice, but most of the stadium stinks. By far the worst visitor seating in the SEC.boykin_spaniel said:
Worst stadium in the SEC? Many consider it near the top with its position along the river. One of 3 schools with sailgating. BU, UW, and the real UT.
Are parts old, such as the exterior? Yes. But what really makes a stadium are the people in it. 100,000 people belting rocky top at the top of their lungs is quite an experience.
Vanderbilt stadium? Sucks. If it's even half full it's 80% away fans. Been to many a game.
Kiffin announced he was giving up trying to fill Vaught Hemingway. It's all about the party outside in Oxford, which to be fair is probably the best in the country.
This is prolly a better option. Cheaper too ...gobears20 said:I’ll sit in this seat saturday idc pic.twitter.com/CndcQVYlZN

Alamodome seating is actually really nice! Chair back seating throughout and its indoor, no hot as hell San Antonio summer day games.BUGWBBear said:
