Can someone give this bowl a real ****ing name so that we know what it is from year to year?

This sponsor only name stuff is absurd.

There was a Cheez It Bowl in Arizona, now called guaranteed rate bowl. Give it a ****ing Arizona-ish name and just add teh sponsor to it.

There was a Cheez It Bowl in Florida, now called Pop Tart. Fking stupid. Give it a real name. Then add Pop Tart before that if you want.

No one can keep up with tnis nonsense, and it makes it all look bush league.

Years ago the Sun Bowl became the John Hancock Sun Bowl. To save space in their headlines newspapers kept calling it the Sun Bowl so the company demanded Sun be dropped and to just call it the John Hancock Bowl. Fortunately John Hancock was later dropped.

I remember back when Baylor had a sure invite to the Poulan Weed Eater Independence Bowl but would have to give up a chance to go to the Cotton Bowl, back when that was still a big deal. Fortunately we decided to stay home that season.
