Was Teaff not from a lower level?
Mack and Linda ran off Kim Mulkey. That did it for me. He helped make Baylor Women's basketball irrelevant almost overnight. Just taking him a little longer with football.Stefano DiMera said:
Damn .can people stop with the Mack must go? We don't know yet if Aranda is a mistake..but if he is and can't turn this around... doesn't Mack at least get a chance to rectify it?
I'd hate to work under some of you guys.
Same. It's mind boggling that those dolts let one of the best coaches in the game walk. I don't care if WBB loses money each year, or if she isn't all sunshine and hugs. You don't let a coach like that go.RD2WINAGNBEAR86 said:Mack and Linda ran off Kim Mulkey. That did it for me.Stefano DiMera said:

He scored with the Rhule hire, I will give him that.Stefano DiMera said:

Aranda was a mistake. Was Collen a mistake too? Make or break year for that program.Stefano DiMera said:

What expectations did you have for this program after the BOR dumped it into the trash can and lit it on fire?PartyBear said:
I'm not sure Rhule was striking gold as several here have said. He split too fast to really know. I'm not sure a consistent annual winner was built. It seems 2019 as well was more a one hit wonder of a type of a season than the start of an annual type of thing.

However, If Aranda goes 3-10 (or worse) this year, that will have been too many failures across the board and both Mack and Aranda need to go.

I thought Mack got an extension in just the past few months didn't he?
That's right! Perhaps an invisible loss will help get Aranda out of the door a bit faster.Stefano DiMera said:montypython said:He struck the pot of gold with Rhule, I will give him that.Stefano DiMera said:

If we go 3-10 that's gonna be quite a news story!

Look there are a few of you who worship Rhule. That is fine. I'm not going to argue with you it is just pointless and life is too short. It really doesn't matter to me if Rhule is one of the legends of college football (which I think objectively isn't close to the case) or not.

Before or after going 6-7?

Maybe at Kinne to the list. He will be interesting to watch.
Baylor couldn't afford his I hate you price.
Let's look at her coaching with the Atlanta DreamBig12Bear said:Aranda was a mistake. Was Collen a mistake too? Make or break year for that program.Stefano DiMera said:

WNBA Coach of Year in 2018.
Player revolt over the George Floyd murder in 2019.
Covid in 2020.
Nikki is a damn good coach and is getting her type of players in. This year will be a very good year. We'll be fine.

Kinne's dad was a star at Baylor. Unless you know something I don't, methinks he would jump at the chance to be here.
As someone who lives in Duke's backyard, I'll tell you that what Elko has done there is miraculous. The year before he came, Duke won 3 games. Last year, he won 9 games. They played incredibly physical. They matched athleticism with Clemson (granted, Clemson has dropped a lot in talent) and punched them in the mouth.IowaBear said:
Elko at Duke what he has and is doing there is incredible. He's got a darn good squad this year
Elko's going to be coaching in the SEC or B1G next year.Branch155 said:As someone who lives in Duke's backyard, I'll tell you that what Elko has done there is miraculous. His OC was Mike Norvell's OC at Memphis. The defense is the scheme Elko ran at A&M.
I'll be shocked if Elko is still at Duke after this year.
