Congrats Chiefs but one thing that stood out to me was Chiefs have a offensive line but San Fran needs help in the offensive line.

The logic isn't as clear cut as the college OT rules.

If the Super Bowl OT gets to a third possession, then next score wins and there is some value in that. My gut still tells me going second is the best choice because you know what you have to do, Even if it IS score a TD to tie, you have the option of going for 2 to win on the second possession. But there is more nuance than the college rules.
