If we end up playing a&m in a Bowl game, I will be a nervous wreck. I think we can work their defense, but that QB they have is dangerous with his feet.

They low key aren't good. I hadn't seen them much this year but little explosion at the skill spots and their secondary might get worked by our receivers. I honestly don't know how they managed to win 8, sec is soft this year.
They've been dominated in a game they were sky high for but seems Ewers might be betting the line… only reason they aren't down 24+

I'd like the opportunity. I feel like our players would be pumped, whereas they would come out flat. A&M has always felt like they were too good to play lowly Baylor
If we do face them hopefully aggy won't sit a lot of players out
It's possible two Big12 teams could play each other in the Alamo Bowl.
It is a legacy Big12 vs Pac 12 matchup so Colorado or Arizona State could play in the Pac12 spot

I can see aggy caring 2 ****s about playing in the Texas Bowl and most of the big time players sitting out.

As has been alluded to, regardless of what players hitting the portal do, there's at least a good chance that their players that think they're going to get drafted will sit out something like the Texas Bowl. Don't forget the aggys are the ones that cancelled out of playing in a bowl altogether a few years ago because of this.
Actually at 8-4 I hope we can land in something better than the Texas Bowl.

Probably the Texas Bowl. I'd love a SEC match up. BYU likely gets the Alamo Bowl and this would be for the best. There would be nothing more underwhelming than a likely rematch against Colorado (legacy Pac-12 bid).

We did beat both of those teams but I don't think they would be seen as lower ranking teams to bowls since all 3 of us finished with identical 8-4 and 6-3 conference records.
From what I understand the SEC commish moves teams into the most favorable matchups possible.. we probably won't be mauling a&m after all. Arkansas is fine.

Also, they're G5 teams. We have one of the top QBs in the country. We'd make for an intriguing matchup.
