Those who have left chritianity and all man's religion are not blind or ignorant as a matter of fact religion has always tried to hide facts about who are and where we came from to continue to propagate ancient mythology which is exactly without any doubt what all religion is. In this day and age there is no excuse for ignorance. We know where we came from and how we got here and none of our ancient ancestors ever sinned..you as a homo sapien are only 200 thousands years old or so in the millions of years of human ancestry. You have three different human branches that you have interbred with in the past, and you definitely had an ancient ape ancestor. These are facts not beliefs from stories passed down by illiterate people thousands of years ago when the only explanation for the unknown was must have been God. we know how complex life on this planet came to be. Your NDE's that gets so famouslouly broadcasted can be replicated in a lab, and people who faint have the exact NDE experiences. There is zero evidence you have a soul. your simply a mammal with a more developed brain. We now know you don't die when your heart stops your body lives for hours after that. I love how Josey comes with an anti-Christian rant, and then when he is presented with facts he doesn't say a word. He has every right not to believe in God. What makes him look bad is that he calls out people of faith as stupid, because he thinks believing in God and taking science seriously are mutually exclusive. There have been many giants of science who were people of faith. It appears that he has run away when confronted with facts, because it doesn't fit his narrative.

I wouldn't bother with Josey. When the subject of Christianity is brought up, he hits us with his angry rants that are oozing with condescension and arrogance and then disappears when you attempt to have any sort of discourse with him; why he or any zealous atheist would
choose to torture themselves by being associated with Baylor, I will never understand. Ironically, his bitterness really doesn't do anything to sell atheism as an appealing worldview


As far as Deion Sanders spreading Christianity in his program - I do hope that he is preaching genuine Christianity and not using Christ as an aesthetic, ie gold cross necklaces and WWJD bracelets whilst living an Antinomian lifestyle persuing pleasure and riches like so many athletes and coaches seem to do.
