Great win by Tech earlier. Absolutely destroyed BYU
Georgia looking really good right now. I guess we are pulling for the Bulldogs so BYU has a shot at getting in. But them getting trounced so bad may have moved them back a bit

Yep… the first step is having the money to buy the talent... the next step is identifying the right talent to buy.Good on Jesse Palmer to mention Texas Tech GM James Blanchard as the Red Raiders D has totally taken over this game. Yes, Tech has spent a fortune building this roster, but Blanchard spent it wisely. That's not a given in these Portal days.

Can't believe UNT got their arse handed to them yesterday. What a one sided beating. Was hoping they would make the selection committee sweat...

A Tech vs Indiana for Championship has a refreshing sound.

Those cheers you're hearing right now are coming from South Bend AND South Beach.
Danny, much respect for your opinions. But I see this totally differently. I would take Texas Tech over Miami or Notre Dame any day of the week, and BYU to be competitive.

BYU's only two losses came to a currently top 4 team. Their best win is over #15 Utah.
Notre Dame lost…

Good take. Tech was the second biggest NIL spender this last year in college football, a few mil, $10 mil maybe?, behind UT, due to oil billionaire Cody Campbell. He may have bought Tech a NatC.

Alabama should still make the College Football Playoff even with a loss to Georgia ... no matter the score. The Crimson Tide played their way into the conference title game of the toughest conference in the country. It can't be penalized for playing its way into a loss.
