most programs who just lost a head coach experience dramatic turnover in this era. But unlike NFL contracts, NIL deals are season to season with no guarantees for players who transfer, so they aren't taking massive financial hits when it happens.
It's a ****ty situation overall no doubt, but it's not like Jimmy Rogers is going to be unable to field a team next season.
