It would be hard to believe that Mack Roades and the guy approving the checks is that stupid. Him going to Indy would save us a ton of money and losses. I would like to use 1-11 to negotiate a cut in pay.

You can't leverage an interview to get a raise. The only way he could get a raise out of this is if they actually made him an offer to be their head coach. I like Rhule, but there's zero chance that happened.

Rhoades does not possess unilateral ability to provide a raise under the current structure. If there was a raise, it was approved by more than Rhoades.
