I think it will have us in a lot of games next year. The real question mark for me if the offense. Is the o line significantly improved? Does it open up lanes for our running backs? Does it protect Charlie? Are we going to run an uptempo spread? Is the running game going to be improved over an abysmal showing last year? If Charlie all that I think he can be or will we see a sophomore slump? Huge questions on offense imo. If a Rhule gets those things figured out, we are a bowl team. Too much talent not to be and I think these coaches should figure things out.

I think that's the largest part of it, but there are some legitimate concerns with schemes, IMO. Although I feel it improved with Charlie at QB, we stopped throwing downfield much the latter half of the season, and running plays were unimaginitive. Would also like to see them speed it up, which would offset the issues with the oline protecting Charlie. Nixon still has to prove himself.

I see your point(s), I think unless and until we get a more cohesive offensive line, we won't know what actually works and what doesn't. I remember a play against Kansas last year (Ish's TD catch) where there were about five different good options for Brewer. It was Kansas, so it worked pretty well. If that is the kind of play design we see with more solid line play against more challenging opponents, I think we are in for a lot of fun.
