Add to that the facts that (i) their story is not very satisfying and (ii) there are multiple statements (including from regents under oath) that Art never covered up or failed to follow university policy regarding sexual assault or physical assault, along with him being fired without cause. The whole thing will just never provide any real closure.

If your alleging racism, you have to prove it.

Besides, you and others STILL don't understand why Briles was fired. The main reason why he was fired was his mishandling of Title IX complaints. This has NOTHING TO DO WITH RACE.

It doesn't matter than only one player was convicted.

It doesn't matter that many of the charges may have been false.

These are red herrings.

What matters is that complaints weren't properly handled. If you go back and read the PH report, that's what you find.

What matters is that the university as a whole didn't handle these complaints properly.

If we hadn't fired Briles, we would be enjoying an NCAA death penalty right now.
