Woooo boy was that a game. Would have liked to see that game with Gordon Hayward. Still hearing that he can give the Celtics 20 mpg in the playoffs if Ainge gives the OK.

Never thought I would read where Celtic fans would be missing a player like Heyward. I ll take the young wings over him any day.
I have complete faith Monty McCutchen's zebras will get Lebron back the Finals to lose again.

Brown and Tatum are great young players and potential All Stars some day. (Moreso Tatum) But Heyward IS an All Star. He is a matchup problem and gives the Celtics an additional three point threat that they need.

When the Celtics have gone in slumps this season this season it has been because of injuries or Brown/Tatum go in a pronlonged funk due to fatigue . But the Celtics don't really have the luxury of reducing their minutes or giving them a night off without Heyward.

It's funny that you don't seem to extend this same mentality to the teams in the East regarding Lebron. He's won the East for 7 straight years, but there was no "until the Celtics officially beat the Cavs, the King stays the King."

Agree. 1, 2, and 3 in the East are likely set with everyone trying to get as close to 100% as possible. Playoffs start April 15. NBA playoffs are my favorite sporting event of the year!

Kyrie done for the season. Woj reporting no chance Hayward makes it back for playoffs based on where he is in rehab. Celtics holding down the 2 seed with a roster suited for the lottery. More proof the regular season means nothing.

P.S. The Cavs handled the Raptors in that last game. I know because I watched it. I'm guessing you just checked the score. Their try-hard scrubs starting chucking threes in the last minute and a half and hit a few while we were running the clock out because the game was clearly over.

Yawn, Sicers were up by 30, Cavs just got lackadaisical and started to care in the 2nd half. Belleneli and Illasova won't have those type of games in a 7 game series and we will force Ben simmons to beat us with his jumper. Embiid will get his.
