Oscar Tshiebwe gets a very friendly whistle. Very friendly. He should have fouled out in the first half.

The refs are not exclusive to one conference. They probably work games for all or most conferences. I've seen familiar faces in other conference's regular season game. I also remember the TV announcers talking about Higgins & his work schedule: lots of games, lots of travel, multiple conferences.

Great college player. But he's now a year older than he was last year, when he was National Player of the Year, and yet he came back because he wasn't projected very high. Not sure where he's projected this year though.

He's elite at talent acquisition and ego management. His chops as a developer of talent and in-game coaching is not on the same level.

I view those as the 4 pillars of a successful college coach. Probably need at least two to have an elite program, more than likely three in the era of the transfer portal.

Its amazing watching the fire and defensive intensity that Fairleigh Dickinson (a team with half our talent) plays with.

I love this team. Like St. Peter's last year, they're my adopted second team.
