Remember when Ryan Stanek went down late in the season? I thought he was done for the year, yet he came back to play in the ALCS Hopefully Langston will be back before long!

Has anyone heard if it is a high or low ankle sprain?

Any word on Love's status for OU - other than "game time decision" - which would mean there's a 90% plus chance he won't play?

No inside sources but I'd guess there's little chance he plays.
Hopefully by Saturday. We need him asap

LL is not warming up.

Ugh. He is very valuable and need him healthy in March so here is to hope

He's standing on the sidelines and moving…He'll be back within a game or two.

Huge difference between standing and cheering on the sidelines vs. doing all the things an ankle requires of you in live basketball games. I would rather him take his time and come back fully healthy as opposed to rushing back and aggravating it. Last year I think Keyonte came back too soon and he was never the same. We need Langston 100% for the tourney.

A side benefit of compensating for an injured player is sometimes it forces the coaches to tinker with other lineups and gives other players more confidence. Little is forced into a bigger role and looks much more confident out there. I really have liked the bigger lineup with Lohner playing alongside Bridges. Lohner has looked better the past couple of games and Bridges at the three gives us another look.

Don't know the accuracy of this… but it's claiming this injury is his knee… Not ankle

Feel awful for the guy if this is true. So many injuries.

I didn't see much of the game but judging by his minutes and number of shots, he's still not 100%

From posts above it seems like a knee injury, but I haven't seen anything to know differently. Either way sounds doubtful for Houston, and that's when we needed him most to compete with their physicality.

Surprised there are zero updates from anyone on Langston's injury. Not even a "day to day". Worried if it's a knee. If ankle, hopefully he can rest until 2-3 games left in conference.

I would expect there will be some word before Saturday. Prayers for a young man who has already come back from a serious injury less than 3 years back.

Did someone try and curse Love? Such a strong work ethic and he just can't catch a break. Was looking great preseason as a freshman and was set to have a break out year all the way back in 22'. Unreal

He's as important to the team as any of the starters (if not more so) and was on his way to easily being 6th man of the year in the B12. Given the remaining schedule that's left, without him, 2-3 looks to me like the ceiling, followed by a second game exit at best in the B12 Tourney, followed by a first weekend exit for the 3rd year in a row in March Madness. Will happily eat crow if I'm wrong and we do better than that, but right now it's hard to see it without LL.

Poor Langston. I feel terrible for him. He was in the midst of an outstanding season and now could be looking at another rehab.

I don't think we know much of anything yet. Other than the fact that he was injured again and will miss more time.

We will get one about 22 hours and 30 minutes from now ...

I figured if it were serious enough that there would be an update, in other words if it was not a day to day situation…so maybe there is some positivity there. If he blew out an ACL or MCL I am assuming there would be news posted.

I think you are right. If he was gone for the season there would be no reason not to say so.
