I actually like Purdue in this game even though logic says take UConn.
Healthy Houston v UConn would've been the ideal matchup in my opinion but I'll take this over what we had last year

Purdue has to like the pace of that first half. They've successful turned this into a halfcourt game. If they can hit more shots in the second half, they can win this.
This is a danger zone for Purdue. UConn looks poised to go on one of their 20-5 runs where they just run away from teams.

They’re living right in Storrs.
I think we can and should hear out an argument for this UConn group as the best team in 20+ years. The only time they looked vulnerable ever was Clingan getting hurt or an opponent shooting 70% from three. It’s the best team since 38-1 Kentucky at minimum.
