They get better support at the schools they are at now.

Because Baylor has a better program and a higher ceiling in 2024 than Texas Tech or Kansas State do.

On what are you basing your better coach assessment? McCasland has more experience and success as a head coach than Tang, who has gotten a whole lot of mileage out of one good season.

I'd be happy with Tang, but McCasland should be our first call.

Just my personal opinion watching them coach Tech and KSU. Tang has more engagement with his players during the game and seems like a better motivator. McCasland certainly has more track record.

I had forgotten McCasland is a Baylor grad.

Rumors flying that McCasland has already been contacted by Baylor. What a crazy time.
