Ivan's hate boner for Nunn is very strange. Jayden was far from the problem with our team last year, once we got into the heart of conference play.
I'm looking forward to seeing what improvements he's made in his first full off-season in our program.
Nunn is a rosarch test. Offensive stats were solid, but too much dribbling that interrupted the flow of the offense. Basketball is a game of momentary advantages and in the amount of time it took him to dribble assessing any situation, weakside windows closed for teammates. He sort of reminds me of Akinjo and Curtis Jerrels in his over dribbling.
The step back three against KSU at the end of regulation just tells you a lot about a player. Last year Sawyer Robertson threw the most brutal back breaking interception I've seen in a long time against Utah. Tied game. Deep in his own territory. Late in the 4th. 3rd and 16. Pass rush in his face. Falling backwards, tries to jam it over the middle into triple coverage. Just a brutally bad play. I think the step back 3 against KSU may have been worse situational awareness.
