Exactly..I was commenting on us needing to win two in a row at some point to get in..take care of some of bottom feeders and we.good.

I can't get upset like some..we kinda knew what we had in December.

Then the injuries..we knew what the ceiling was then and a 8-9 seed may be it.

I remember something you posted early in the season and it's held true the entire year. We're athletic enough that we're gonna beat most of the bad teams we play, but we're just not good enough or consistent enough to win very many against really good teams.

Multiple unguardable players and we're about to be 16-10 with 13 of those wins against teams who won't be in the NCAAs

The counterintuitive thing here is that if a team is playing 4 guards, shouldn't the ball handling and passing be almost impeccable? Instead we have 6 assists and 9 turnovers.

Yep.. there's about 10 teams in conference that would want to be in our position..

Instead of focusing on the negative.. that we can't do anything about..just get in the Dance and hope we get a couple matchups that click.

I'll say it again. I really hope Drew starts completely from scratch regarding building his rosters. I also hope he takes a long look in the mirror and realizes defense actually matters. Because whoever on staff works with the D blows chunks

We got to find both a confident offense and a fierce defense, and fast.

This team is soft. Hard to watch the low IQ and timid play night after night.

We struck out on roach. We struck out on Celestine. Nunn has regressed and we've been unlucky with injuries. Hope the coaching staff can figure it out next year with better roster management.

I hope they can figure it out and surprise everyone in March.

Just get in, any win in the dance is gravy imo.

I'm the top Nunn hater on this board so don't come at me with that mess, I've been calling his game for what it is since the middle of last season, and I agree roach is a cancer.

But here's a fact omir often hurts us as much as he helps. His career also speaks to that. He's a career foul problem guy, and has only ever played on one good team in his career. Take away that Miami final four team (which he was riding the bench for foul troubles in their best win against Texas) and he's never played on a 20 win team.

He's a dude who gets his stats on bad rosters and and that's exactly what's happening this year as well. Multiple things can be true this roster construction sucks, Roach is Drew's biggest recruiting miss maybe ever, Nunn should have never been counted on to be more than a 10 minute guy, and Omir collects stats while making tons of stupid plays.

This team would be terrible without Omier. With him, it likely sneaks into the tournament.
