You can bet your bottom dollar ISU isn't gonna shoot this bad in the second half. Admire our intensity, especially on the defensive end, but we blew the chance to have a double digit lead at this point and I fear that's gonna end up being the difference.

Milan is a likely all big 12 1st team we and the Bears have held him scoreless. Have got to start taking advantage before their studs are hitting shots

Agbim and Rataj giving nothing again. I expect Skillings to contribute very little because that's just who he's been his entire career. But from my understanding the Agbim and Rataj were expected to be big contributors on offense. And that just hadn't happened

We played a really good defensive half. Our rotations were exceptional. But the likelihood of holding them to another half like that is very slim.

We're going to have to score in the second half to stay in this one.

I don't think it's so much playing with our food as it is that this team has players who struggle to score on good defense.

We just didn't see much good defense in nonconference play.

That's been the Dan Skillings experience his entire career.

Good Skillings is really, really good. Bad Skillings loses you games. And you never know which one you're going to get on a given night.

The summer transfers (not Powell) have really, really struggled. I like the Powell, Nnaji sub rotation. Both of them fresh makes for much more intensity.

Man if Nnaji can figure out where he is and get his legs under him, teams are really bothered when he's in position. I thought that would be the case but had to see it as I don't trust this site's scouting. He's lost out there right now but still impacts the game.

Tbf its the whole team other than Carr, but Obi just cannot reliably score when they aren't playing mid majors. To his credit, he finally got around someone tonight. But the dude just can't knock down anything. I'm picking out Obi bc he was supposed to be a reliable scorer for this team. Rataj or Obi are going to have to do something to have any chance in the second half.

Would also be nice if after making a really high end athletic move, Tounde would actually hit the shot.
