And pointing out what I said is not a spray can of hate, it is fact and you just don't like it. Maybe you should try not to paint in such dramatic absolutes.
I don't like LSU. That isn't my school.EvilTroyAndAbed said:Dude, chill. We get it. You're ticked off that Mulk left. Go buy some LSU gear and you'll be happy.ScottS said:
I'm still confused....is she in trouble? Or not in trouble?
She's not in trouble. She'll still get some of the best recruits. She might win another NC. But those players will soon realize that if they say one thing the wrong way, she'll drop them like a stone. Especially when they have no more eligibility. She's not much in the forgiveness game. Must have missed that day in Sunday School.
How do you know what's in her heart? Besides that, coaches get/recruit players because they can help them win. Collegiate sports aren't some charities to just give out scholarships for no reason.Dcheetah said:
No one is saying Kim is not an excellent coach, the point was Alexis was given a 3rd chance because Kim needed her, not out of the goodness of her heart which was alluded to earlier. And everyone can point to players that excel under a coach but there have been a number of top players that did not.
My exact words were "Some of you need to put down your spray cans……", Not all, most or Dcheetah.DFW Bill said:Morris was very good as a Baylor freshman, Kim kicked her off the team. Morris goes to Rutgers, didn't work outDcheetah said:
She is playing for her because she is very talented and Kim needed a PG.
then goes to Texas A&M, not good results either.
She ends up at LSU and plays great, why?????????
Maybe some of our in house experts can explain that.
Why did Bernice Mosby, Destiney Williams, Brooklyn Pope, Chloe Jackson, D Carrington, Tea Copper and others transfer to Baylor?
Was it the toxic Head Coach?
Some of you need to put down your spray cans full of hate. Think aboout why.
That's just not true. After all, she gave Justis Szczepanski a scholarship.Dcheetah said:
Obviously I do not know her heart in that situation with Alexis but your actions usually follow your heart and Kim does not have a history of trying to help players that cannot help her. I do fully agree with your second point.

Nicki is pure class and a kind soul. We needed someone like her to lead this program. She will continue to make Baylor an elite program and recruits are taking notice. I promise you.
MAGA Mulkey will get nailed in recruiting down the road because of this. A simple "we hope you get home safe" would suffice but she doesn't care about her players

MAGA?
Yet on this very page it was sicem45 that asked "Can we move on from Kim. She is irrelevant now". If sicem & AP would do that there'd sure be a lot less talk about her on here.ScottS said:
Sicem45 clearly says in that post that KM will suffer in recruiting.

Brittney Griner, the basketball superstar who won a national championship playing for Kim Mulkey at Baylor in 2012, is on her way home, having been released from a Russian penal colony.
And Mulkey whose relationship with Griner had cooled in public over the years offered well wishes upon the news.
"God is good. Prayers are powerful," Mulkey, who now coaches at LSU, told ESPN. "Brittney is on her way home where she belongs. Our prayers remain with her and her family as they recover and heal together."
