I concur. Good insight into what our program values in a recruit and how we view what our program has to offer. Good subject and the fact that our coaches are also parents who have been through the process themselves gave them a perspective from both sides.
I also was impressed by the podcast host. The questions she asked and how she handled managing who answered each question, and how she asked the question without rambling on herself, while keeping the questions open ended enough our coaches had some freedom in how they answered, contributed to a well executed podcast… interesting, on topic, informative, with an opportunity for her interviewees personality to show through…Tony's thoughtfulness and experience, Nicki's passion and knowledge
Not only did our coaches get to reveal their knowledge on recruiting in general, but the host gave them the chance to plug Baylor's program. Excellent opportunity and kudos to our coaches taking time from their busy schedules to be guests.
