Are you kidding me? Griner, a member of the Olympic team, will dominate Kalani. Griner is one of the top post players in the world. You obviously haven't watched Griner play lately and still have the Baylor Griner in mind.

Sorry for my ignorance, but I've only watched about ten minutes of the WNBA in my life. With all the sports I watch and follow I've only got time to watch every game the Lady Bears play and no other WBB.

Like GarlandBear, I don't watch the WNBA. If Griner is one of the top posts in the world, then did she just take a night off against Louisville who kept her in check in the NCAA's, or are top posts in the world overrated?

No possible way you watched that game to have made that comment.

Griner was mauled, scratched, taunted, practically blinded, and constantly harassed (in a totally UN-basketball-legal fashion) - and the refs did ZERO about it, for the entire first half, when L'ville was running up a huge lead. By the time Baylor finished their furious rally in the 2nd half, it was really just too late to recover.

NO ONE could have performed in that unregulated, no holds barred, free-for-all, thug-fest put on exhibit by L'ville that night. Never, ever seen anything like that in my life. I hope never to again...

Here you go.... and in most cases, NOTHING was called during these abuses...

Need I say more? This was the biggest bunch of thugs I have ever seen allowed on a basketball court. Their behavior was absolutely atrocious - and their excuse for a coach promoted and teached it. I will never, ever have respect for that program...

You obviously didn't watch that game. They were getting away with murder, and the refs swallowed their whistles.

A big stain. So disrespectful. And embarrassing herself, her team, coaches, and school. Goes out very badly (and sadly) in my book.

Are people really stunned that young, African-American women would have these viewpoints towards the current POTUS? I think she's to be commended for speaking her mind. People "embarrassed" over her social media decisions? OK. That would classify Trump's social media game as what then?

People have different opinions on every subject.

I've watched this video twice now. She's taking videos of the food. She's not making a scene. She's talking to herself where you'd have to be standing right next to her to even hear her. She kind of laughs at one point when she notes the pizza, which might be taken as a commentary on what's being served. And then she says, OK, Donny, cool.

I'm failing to see any real disrespect here. She's not making any political comments. If y'all are getting this bent out of shape about her referring to him (not addressing him, BTW) as Donny, the it looks like you were just looking for a fight, anything to treat as an insult, which is the way a lot of the tribal online media work these days. Like this Alex Thomas guy whose media post was in the link above. He describes the fast food as a White House "tradition." It's a tradition that goes back all the way to February 2019, when the Clemson football team visited. But if he describes it as a tradition, then he knows it will be easier for his followers to get triggered by some fake outrage.

I swear, some of these people are as drama queen snowflakey as the liberal college kids who demand trigger warnings and safe spaces from ideas they don't like.

First, I find it demeaning that you would characterize young African-American women in a monolithic fashion, as though it's an empirical fact that justifies her choices. Second, to answer your question regarding Trump's social media "game," my personal answer would be juvenile, occasionally indefensibly moronic and intellectually dishonest, mean spirited, rife with half truths and manufactured misstatements, and embarrassing for a man of his stature and accomplishments. Unfortunately, we now live in a society that justifies bad behavior by pointing at someone else's bad behavior, which is something that many, if not most, were taugh to leave behind, early in childhood.

My sincere hope is that her parents, who seem like people of the highest quality, who have done a fantastic job rearing this young lady, will counsel her to apologize, not for her deeply held opinions or convictions, but her judgment and timing, which reflects negatively on the school she loves, and return loves her so very much.

SHE DID NOTHING WRONG!!! GET OVER IT!!! What does she have to apologize for? A laughing emoji over the cold cheap food. Some people need to get a life.

Classic. Folks, she honestly did nothing that would warrant the slightest hint of an apology. Let's find something else to white knight, k?

Demeaning? OK. Considering 94% of African-American female voters vote Democrat, don't think this is a leap of faith here.

I'm going to go out on a limb and say her "Obama's White House" commentary is what was out of line. Not sure the flippant comment about the food is an issue of any concern.

Ok. I don't think it had to do with the food Selfi. None the less. Let's don't let this ruin what was an exciting time and pride for us. We love her. You see what we are doing to each other. Let's let this go. We have had a great year. Our students went and represented. Now, we send the seniors off to start their new life. Ok. We are not going to agree with each other's political views. Both sides are too sensitive right now. Thank you

Y'all say she is embarrassing herself and her school but she sure is getting a lot of praise and support on social media. Some have even said that they are fans of hers now because of her sense of humor and light heartedness. There's really nothing wrong with what she posted.

serving some of the unhealthiest, cheapest food in the world (there's nothing real in the beef of a McD's burger) at the White House should embarrass Trump. Was there anything Lauren could touch? A vegetable in sight?

Look at Kim's face.

I've seen her at Jason's a couple of times eating salad.

cheap. ugly. common.

way to go Kalani.

I think he was being fairly mild. The pictures reminded me that they did play like a bunch of thugs, and they were coached to play that way. What do I really think? I think those Louisville kids should have had all their ugly ****ing teeth knocked out, starting with the one running her fat mouth to Griner. That's what I think.
