I can't help but to get excited for these 9 and our coaching staff change is hard but they make it easier. I love listening to CNC speak and talk about the growth of the players, she gives her shout outs to nearly everyone and it just feels like tremendous growth is happening on and off the court!!

One of the BU managers and I shared a few messages and I was told that the team absolutely loves The new staff. I was told that the players are now more open and comfortable with each other and the staff. The players are more excited then they have ever been in a few years. Hell that statement made me excited for them. After our conversation I bought a mini season plan. I can't wait to see our baylor bears this season. I am just excited as they are!!

Thank you for sharing this. Without question, as to W/L record, the bar has been set very high. However, for me, the human side, or culture, of a program means as much as the program's record. Maybe even more in some ways. For example, I'll take Scott Drew's record all day long because of the culture of his program, how CSD leads his program. CNC fits very well in that Scott Drew mold,,,same with her staff as is CSDs staff. I anticipate a whole lot of Ws for our WBB program. However, before a game has been played, I am excited to have CNC and her staff. I like the culture she is building. The positive relationships from top to bottom and with our other athletes and programs. The comments from the managers and our players testify to how much they value the same.
