Walker will tee off with the afternoon group in about an hour. The cut line is hovering around even right now.
He's probably going to need to shoot at least -5 on his round today to position himself within striking distance of the leaders going into the weekend.

Jimmy's making a move; birdies on #10 and #13 to get back to Even par overall, T60th (right on the cut number)
2 more birdies at #15 and #17 take Jimmy to -2 overall (T48th)

Blowing up today. two triples and he is four over. Can't hit it straight off the tee.
Jimmy fell apart today; shot +7 (78) and drops all the way back to T63rd, beating only 1 guy that made the cut.
2 triple bogey 7's and a 4 putt double bogey on a par 3 will destroy any man's scorecard.

Jimmy is teeing it up at the Greenbriusa today protonmailer tomorrow in West Virginia. He has a 7:45 tee time. He's coming in with 100/1 odds. Jimmy has been in the Top 5 three times in 7 starts there since 2010.boognish_bear said:

Tough start today for Jimmy at the Pebble Beach Pro-Am; shot 1 over (73) on Spyglass Hill which puts him T93rd. Tomorrow he plays Monterrey Peninsula CC, then at Pebble Beach on Saturday. He'll need 2 good rounds to work his way up the board to make the cut.
JW starting off today on fire. He has birdied 3 of his first 4 holes and has his tourney score at -2...keep firing away Jimmy!

Jimmy is in the field this week for the Genesis Invitational (original Los Angeles Open) at Riviera CC, one of the classic old courses on Tour. Hope he can find his mojo and post some good scores & a solid top 25ish finish.

Not looking good for our man James; he's made 3 birdies but also a bogey and a double bogey. At Even on the day he's still waaay behind and 3 shots on the bad side of the cut.
Jimmy will be back in action this week at the Honda Classic, played at PGA National in Florida.
Jimmy shot +2 (72) today, currently T63rd. He had 5 birdies offset with 5 bogeys and one sloppy hole (#10) where he made double bogey. Good thing is scoring is not super low, 2 leaders tied at -4 while Even par is T23rd.

Jimmy has it going early, -3 on the day through 7, -1 for the tourney and tied for 11th right now. Love to see him finish this round.
If he can safely navigate 'The Bear Trap' (#15-17) he has a good chance to post a score. Yesterday he bogeyed 15 & 17.
Jimmy is 1 under thru 15 holes (+1 overall). The current cut is +2 so Jimmy needs to play mistake free the last 3 holes in order to make the cut.
In the house at +1 through two days. He is tied-38 right now, but my guess is he moves up a little bit. Course is playing really difficult and many more over par than under. He definitely will be playing this weekend. Heck, right now he is only 5 back.MrGolfguy said:

Cut moved to +3, so Jimmy makes it easily. Currently tied 35th.

Leader is at -5....so JW is only 6 strokes back with 2 rounds to go. Certainly still in striking distance.

Jimmy bombs a 41 foot birdie putt on his second hole to get to even on the tourney and current 25th place.
Heating up....JW birdies the next hole....a par 5. He was in the green side bunker....and hit it out to about 5 feet from the hole.
