The only thing she opposed was Trump's attemped coup to stay in power/prevent a peaceful transition to the duly elected POTUS.
And she investigated his/members of his admin's criminal conduct related to the Big Lie.

I predict Trump Republicans are going to wish they'd left Cheney in Congress and not lined up to kiss the buttocks of the Dear Leader.
The rule of law should be non-negotiable.
For a significant number of Republicans to throw it out the window and also throw a "defund the police" level fit about the FBI after agents were deployed more than a year and a half after Trump left office to reclaim the classified information he stole AND to act like Trump attempting a coup is just no biggie AND trash fellow Republicans like Cheney who voted for his policies but don't agree with crime-boss methods and support the rule of law and accountabilty for everyone, including the president, is destabilizing.
Is chaos really what you want? Because the fact that you're willing to bend over every which-way for Trump doesn't mean the majority of the population--even the folks that share your policy preferences--are.
The Jan. 6 Committee does. And so does the US AG.
But you guys won't accept it when it comes; you'll throw a screaming fit just like you've done about the FBI doing its job to defend national security. Which you used to care about.
Trump Derangment Syndrome is really the insanity that descended on his supporters in 2016 when he won the electoral vote and thus the election, a result you would never have tolerated from Biden.
You guys either won't accept or don't care that Trump lost the 2020 election. But he lost.
You either won't accept or don't care that he staged a coup, albeit a poorly organized one comprised of rabble and lawyers who are teetering on the brink of sanity, leaking hair dye and gas, and embarrassing the bar on a weekly basis. But he did that, too.
Now you either don't care or won't accept that Trump committed a crime by stealing state secrets, squirrelling them away at Mar A Lago, flushing some, shredding some, possibly selling some (that $2 billion Jared got from the Saudis is awfully suspicious and everyone knows they want nukes) and stonewalling and refusing to give them back and then squealing like a stuck pig--a tiresome performance only his fanboys enjoy--when he was held accountable to the rule of law.
Him pleading the 5th about financial fraud means nothing to you.
If a Democrat had done these things, he'd be cooling his heels in the can.
If a Baptist preacher had done these things, he'd be disfellowshipped.
