Arent you glad your mom was less enthusiastic about abortions than you are?

Dont think the two fer was missed. GOP seceretly love abortions and have mistresses.. nice.

Very few law makers are voting to end abortion rights, most are supporting abortions under certain circumstances and support early pergnancy termination.

If I may borrow your broad brush for a moment, the people that you cheer for would gladly allow abortions up until birth for sheer convenience
Considering I was a planned Child, my Mothers opinion on Abortion is irrelevant

If you could provide evidence that every single Democrat wants to allow Abortion up untill birth, that would be lovely (I'll save you time, you wont be able to)
just like every GOP doesnt want to ban all abortions and have mistresses but I digress..

But Herschel Walker does...

This seems to be the prevailing attitude, and if we're being honest it has been that way for a while. The drive for partisan power Trumps all considerations of integrity or ethics.

But Herschel Walker does...
in june he said
"This Supreme Court decision sends the issue of abortion back to the states, which is where it belongs," Herschel said. "I stand for life and Raphael Warnock stands for abortion, including the heinous practice of partial birth and late term abortion. I won't apologize for erring on the side of life, especially considering the radical abortion views held by Senator Warnock and today's Democrat party."

Yesterday- HERSCHEL WALKER: "I never asked anyone to get an abortion. I never paid for an abortion. And it's a lie. And I'm going to continue to fight. You know, I tell you, that's what they want. They want this seat. But right now, they've energized me even more."

Its an October hit peace pushing the number one concern Democrats think has value in this election because they are getting blasted by everything topic.

If your best talking point is the number 5-8 concern of the American Public, your screwed!

They literally have the receipt and a check signed by Walker. Walker threatened to sue, but as Trump does when he knows the facts aren't on his side, he has since backed off that threat.

Here are Walker's most recent public statements on abortion found after 30sec of googling:
"There's not a national ban on abortion right now and I think that's a problem". And then, "there's no [rape or incest or health] exceptions, in my mind", which he confirmed when asked about exceptions by saying "I believe in life".

Even if the abortion thing isn't true (contrary to the evidence provided so far), Walker is a serial adulterer who clearly has very little understanding of any issue that matters (noticing a pattern?), so of course that's the guy y'all throw your support behind.

She provided a receipt indicating she had paid $575 for an abortion, as well as a get-well card from Walker and bank deposit records showing the image of a $700 personal check from Walker dated five days after the abortion receipt."

The amounts dont match.. its too much to pay for it and too little for hush money.. Circumstantial it best

People aren't thinking about Herschel Walker being a hypocrite on abortion.

They're thinking about how much it costs to gas up their car. How much groceries cost. They're worried they might have to take out a credit card to buy infant formula because they're just not making it.

Limo libs and stay at home libs don't worry about these things. The rest of the country does and it matters a hell of a lot more than a scandal from 2009.

Anyone who supports the traitorous reality TV clown should have enough sense to sit down and shut the fck up about "normalizing idiocracy". You did that, not anyone else, and no one forced you to do it either. Here you are arguing in favor of a deeply unethical man who's only qualification is being a famous football star for Christ's sake, and it's amazing that somehow you still have the gall to accuse others of being the ones to normalize an idiocracy.

Trumpism is fracturing our society, to the point where constant obvious lies and even outright sedition is just hand-waved away, because the quest for power (and the ability to impose your extremist minority views on the majority) Trumps all else.

That is the real issue. I've always thought Walker was half crazy if not totally so. He has been diagnosed with dissociative identity disorder, where he has two or more separate personalities.

But, Dems who "champion" abortion, are now going all self righteous because Walker probably paid for someones abortion.

I don't think Walker is a good guy, and if he did this, it was wrong. Not because he is a Republican or Democrat, that has nothing to do with it. Killing a child in the womb is always wrong, in these convenience situations. Always.

Dems should be all on him because what he did is evil, if he paid for an abortion, not because he is a hypocrite.

If they were being honest they should be supportive of what he did, if they actually believe killing a child in the womb is ok. He just did what they believe is simply a choice, if they really believe it.

The alternate in GA is Warnock. Wow GA is screwed here.

Funny thing is Bill Bates was a darn good NFL football player and Walker treated him like he was a JV player

His problem was he stopped, set his feet and waited for the contact instead of driving through the tackle.

But yes he was a really good player, probably, partly, because he watched this film and learned from it like other game tape he learned from.

I don't know if it is true or not. We live in a world of ridiculously dirty tricks to near constant news parroted by the regime media. This obviously was not reporting but opposition research funneled through the regime media. It may be true but plenty of reasons to be suspicious. How often have we been tricked by "experts" and "unsourced" stories. I honestly do not know how much is an abortion, but $500 seems low. When she has a press conference and provides specifics I'll care. Otherwise, she may be the recipient of a generic card and charity.

As noted, when the Democrats support of wife beating pedophile sort of makes paying for an abortion seem relatively mild. I get the hypocrisy ... but it is on display with virtually every Democrat and yet there is no outrage. People don't take your outrage seriously when you're unserious.

So, I take it you support Lindsey Graham's bill to allow abortion up to 15 weeks which is similar to the laws in Europe?
So I take it you don't agree with the SCOTUS decision that every state gets to make its own rules relating to abortion?

For the record, the nationwide ban at 15 weeks that Graham promoted is not supported by many Republicans (for political reasons) and it's not similar to what they have in Europe. Germany, which has the strictest restrictions, gives women and their doctors considerable discretion later in pregnancy.

https://www.washingtonpost.com/opinions/2022/09/22/europe-abortion-laws-vs-usa/

Three months after the Supreme Court's decision to eliminate the constitutional right to abortion in the United States shocked people across Europe, Republican lawmakers have astonished Europeans again with claims that 47 of 50 European countries ban abortion after 15 weeks.

This is simply untrue as is the claim, made by Sen. Lindsey O. Graham (R-S.C.) and other lawmakers, that by introducing a 15-week federal ban on most abortions, the United States would move into line with Europe.

Ruth Marcus: Graham's 15-week abortion ban gives the endgame away

Apart from the very few European nations that retain highly restrictive laws on abortion Andorra, Lichtenstein, Malta, Monaco and Poland no other European country "bans" abortion after 15 weeks of pregnancy. Instead, almost all European countries allow abortion throughout pregnancy on a range of grounds, including where there are risks to a patient's physical or mental health, and in situations involving severe or fatal fetal impairment.

There is nothing more hated on this earth by the Democrats than a conservative black man. Other than maybe a conservative black woman.

It should be a big deal and is damning to Walker…but when you so called virtuous democrats let all your politicians and Presidents slide through outrageous scandals with the full support of the media downplaying it, the other side isn't going to really care that much.

You leftists are bringing down society and normalizing idiocracy.

Dude, your party elected Ted Kennedy SIX times after he killed someone. SIX.

Go sit in the corner and think about that before getting back on your high horse.

Your party elected serial adulterer Newt Gingrich, who divorced one wife while she was in hospital underoing cancer treatment and expected another to tolerate his side gig with Calista, who was Newt's mistress AND a devout Catholic (wanna bet what she didn't talk about in the confession booth)?

There's plenty of moral whataboutism to go around. Republicans impeached Bill Clinton for a sordid affair.

I don't know which is more disgusting: Trump Republcians supported an unqualified dumbass like Herschell Walker for a Senate seat or their ignoring or even defending his history of fathering children out of wedlock and domestic abuse. The party of family values, Republicans ain't.

I wonder how many of these Republican lawmakers voting to end women's access to Abortion rights have paid their Mistresses to have an Abortion, I imagine its a lot

Quote:

We so often think that the 1967 Abortion Act legalised abortion. But it did no such thing. It partially decriminalised abortion in England, Scotland and Wales, so long as strict conditions were in place, such as a confirmation from two medical practitioners that the pregnancy had not exceeded 28 weeks (subsequently reduced to 24 weeks in 1990), or that the termination was necessary to prevent injury or mental harm. Any abortion outside these criteria is still a criminal offence.
Women is England still are charged and at times sentenced for abortion outside the criteria terms. Some have been sentenced to jail. They have no standing to condemn the United States here. Yet they do.

Quote:

We know that it is overwhelmingly vulnerable women who are investigated and prosecuted for having abortions. One woman collapsed in the dock when she was sentenced to two and a half years in 2015 for taking tablets she had bought online to induce a miscarriage after the 24-week period of gestation. The court heard that she had "a history of emotional and psychological problems".

Another woman, a mother of one, ordered pills online to induce an abortion in 2019 after her abusive boyfriend had told her not to go to the doctor. She had believed she was eight to 10 weeks pregnant but after a traumatic miscarriage in her bath tub, where she has described sitting in an inch of blood, she realised her pregnancy had been much further along. She was arrested in her hospital bed and served two years in prison.
