Jack Graham going off on Harris
It used to make sense for a preacher to not get involved, when everyone who was running for office was a Christian who just had disagreements on the best ways to do the Lord's work in office.
Now you have demonic people who want to kill babies, castrate and mutilate children, promote trans insanity, destroy Christianity, promote Islam.... so no.. it is truly EVIL for a Christian to STFU in these days.
The devil would love nothing more than for good Christian people to shut up and do nothing.
As actually practiced? Definitely.
Soviets killing 30+ million people = evil.
Khmer Rouge genocide = evil.
Venezuela under Chavez and Maduro stealing assets, blackmailing everyone, and currently kidnapping political opponents = evil.
Cuba imprisoning their entire nation = evil.
China being the world leader in corporate espionage = evil.
And before you start the European Socialism with sprinkles argument…..
Denmark creating a perpetual property owning elite caste = evil.
Sweden driving 1/4 then existing businesses into oblivion by massive taxes = evil.
So yes, socialism and communism as actually practiced are contrary to the word of God.
I don't find capitalism in scripture. As some actually practice it, capitalism can be contrary to scripture. Theoretically it isn't contrary, but as some practice it, it is.
Are you asserting that Joseph and Jesus only did probono carpentry?
Good point
You think Jesus was a Capitalist? The Roman Empire was entrepreneurial capitalism?
Carpentry cost something in a socialist economy. Food was scarce, but not free in Stalinist Russia
If you slow down any further you will be in reverse.
Jubilee isn't very capitalistic. Check it out: From a legal point of view, the Jubilee law effectively banned sale of land as fee simple, and instead land could only be leased for no more than 50 years. The biblical regulations go on to specify that the price of land had to be proportional to how many years remained before the Jubilee, with land being cheaper the closer it is to the Jubilee.

How many state owned industries did Ancient Rome have?
Checkmate.
In some ways the late Roman Empire was a Libertarian utopia
Besides the very amoral aspect of society that appeals to the libertarian sensibility….the State didn't interfere with you selling yourself into slavery to settle your debts and they even outsourced policing & urban fire fighting to private individuals/companies
[Most ancient Roman cities had no firefighting organizations or equipment dedicated to fighting fires…
wealthy individuals would form their own personal fire brigades….An aedile by the name of Egnatius Rufus created a band of slaves that were tasked with putting out fires.]
