Dems cheated via massive mail in votes in Atlanta etc. The participation rate of registered voters in Atlanta etc , all heavy Dem districts, was like 88%. Normally its like 55% to 57%. This can't be. So however they CHEATED. Cleavlend had a voter participation rate of like 56% in 2020. So however they cheated, they cheated. They tried to mailout 2.2 million ballots in Harris County, TX. Ken Paxton put a stop to it via the courts.
Yet, there does not seem to be proof 3 years later. Everything you say MAY be true, nothing has turned up to support that it really happened. Even Trump with all his money has noting credible. On the voting machines FOX is being sued and the case has been approved to go forward.

I agree that States did not follow their rules and vote harvesting, extended periods and drop boxes influenced the outcome. But there has been nothing credible to indicate those votes were fraudulent.

Or, the WHOLE Nation is in on a conspiracy against Trump and hiding the truth. The Dems, GOP, Green Party, Courts, Congress, State Legislatures, Federal Law Enforcement, State Law Enforcement, All Supervisors of Elections, every media (domestic and international) except FOX.

All those people are in co-hoots to make sure that Biden wins and poor Donald loses?????

As some point, all of us have to look at the peer reviewed data and say we lost. If it was true at least one State something would have stuck by now!

We ran the wrong candidate and A LARGE percentage over 80 million did not like Trump. We are not talking "W" or Bill Clinton who even if you disagreed with their politics are likeable. Trump is one of the most unlikable people on the Planet, disliked universally. And that is going to be our Candidate the GOP will fight for till the end. Just DO NOT get it. Move on.
counting votes that are not in accordance with state rules are fraudulent votes.

Few want to challenge the way is was done but the ones that have challenged so far have been successful in proving that votes were incorrectly counted. Rules have been changed in places because of it.

Call it election fraud, call it election law violations, call it whatever.. it happened, there is proof it happened and it some places, it will happen again.

It changes nothing.

No, they are not fraudulent. They may not be allowed but they are someone's vote. That is not fraud. They are not fake, duplicate or created, they are a person's vote. There is a level of fraud in every election. There is no evidence that fraud occurred in 2020 any more than normal.

Get over it, Trump lost. After all the speculation can you link us to just one State where there is credible evidence fraud threw the election to Biden. You can't, it doesn't exist. All we have is tinfoil hat conspiracy theories.

Trump lost and will lose again if we are stupid enough to run him.

yes, the election was decided by fraud. Rejected ballot rate in NY primary? 5%. Reject rate in general? 0.000% In blue counties in swing states, every single ballot that arrived was counted, whether it matched legal requirements or not. In AZ, GA, WI, etc....the key swing states, that was the difference.

We will be doing that this go-around, no matter who is our candidate.

Do you believe Trump would n the 2020 election?
irrelevent but it makes you feel better knowing that if he says yes, you get to dismiss his arguement without discussing the facts.

If we apply the same primary reject rate to general election ballots in blue counties, it's a mathematical certainty.

Remember, the actual margin of victory was a 5-digit number spread across three states. These elections are being decided in a very small number of very large blue counties.

Fill the blue ecosystem with ballots. Work hard to get them cast. Count them all. 100%.

Almost foolproof.
Until the other side starts doing the same.

The red counties will have to step up. Fill the ecosystem with ballots. Work hard to get them cast. COUNT EVERY ONE (just like the other side does).

There is a huge difference between fraud and illegal votes. You may think they are interchangeable, they are not. By continuing to hammer the fraud line it is not only hurting the conservative cause it is distracting from what the real problem of the States following the voting rules. Look at it this way, writing Development Codes or Interlocal Agreements using "shall" is different than "may". By continuing to hammer fraud, you are giving the Dems, media and the judicial system the means to play word games and idiot Trump keeps giving it to them. Abrams and the clever Dems LOVE Trump, he has taken the spotlight off their breaking the rules.

Might think it is minutia, but in the courts, the media and in Govt Statutes it matters.

Here's the fraud: why did those folks who counted votes handle them so differently from one election to the other? Why did the election workers in blue counties scrupulously, to high level of exactitude, adjudicate and toss ballots in the Democrat primary, yet close their eyes and count every single one in the general?

Simple.

Election workers reflect the community they live in. In a very red county, most election volunteers will be Republican, and vice-versa in blue counties. In these very large urban counties that increasingly decide elections in swing states, the election workers are overwhelmingly Democrats (remember those instances of vote counters wearing swag of Dem candidates?). And in each case, it is a mathematical fact that if you toss a thousand balllots, it will harm the winner of that county. Similarly, counting a thousand ballots that should have been tossed will, on average over time, add votes to the winner. That is exactly the dynamic that prompted all the Democrat lawsuits to recount blue counties in FL during the 2000 election......if you recount a blue county that went 60-40 for team blue, the added vote total will tend to break 60-40 for team blue and you will add dozens/ hundreds/thousands of votes to Team Blue (only variable being how large is the county). So if the margin is only 2000 votes, all you have to do to close the gaps is execute a strategy to recount all the blue counties and none of the red counties. And Dems nearly pulled it off. Narrowed it to 500 votes. Had courts not stopped the uneven recounting process, Dems WOULD have won that election, disenfranchising every voter in every red county. Had they recounted ALL counties in FL, the 2000 vote margin would likely have not materially changed.

The reject rate in large blue counties in swing states will be zero from here going forward. Because there is a +60% chance that any rejected ballot will be a vote for a Dem. So they will count EVERY one. Meanwhile, the blue haired old ladies in the red counties will call a very true strike zone. That will cost us thousands of votes. and the advent of mail-in voting only increases the numbers of votes that require the "adjudication" we're talking about.......

It's not just fraud. It's fraud times math.

First, use one standard regardless of politics. Hillary Clinton paid a fine for essentially the same offense, for example.

Jon Edwards was found not guilty for very much the same thing back in 2009.

Just to name two obvious examples.

The same as anyone else. However, probably not a good idea to run on the promise of indicting an individual, politician or not (if that is what the DA did).

You can talk of what you believe on this all you want. The Courts did not agree and there has been no credible evidence yet brought into play. The definitions matter, even if you don't agree. I know you are an intelligent person from our conversations. I agree with Bill Barr on this, they chased the wrong legal issue. For that I blame Guliani and his lawyers. Barr told them there was not evidence to support fraud.

They asked the Courts to rule on the wrong issues...

If they would have followed Barr's recommendation, the GOP would be in a much stronger position right now on th 2020 election.

As it stands, with all the rulings against it makes anyone still preaching fraud look like a tin-foil hat conspiracy nut. There is no credibility or value in playing for fraud at this point.

The GOP needs to be tightening the State election rules through the State Legislatures, not the Federal Govt...

Losing the Lottery is most probable. Multiple judges in multiple cases with completely different claims by completely different people all coming to the exact same finding is as improbable as winning fifty lotteries.

I am referring to the 60% of people who wanted him to be indicted despite only 37% believing his actions were illegal. If you want someone to be indicted for non-criminal conduct, you are admitting you're cool with political prosecution.

60% approve of the indictment but only 37% believe a crime was actually committed.

Now let that sink in for a moment .

Proof positive the Dems will retain the White House for the foreseeable future .

Yeah, think about that. This is the guy that many on here are saying should be the nominee for 2024. How do you think he will do in the General Election??? He is so popular and well respected that 67% want him indicted even though on 37% think he did anything illegal. Yet, this is who many on here are fighting to run as the nominee??? If there was ever a metric to say Trump SHOULD NOT be the nominee, this is it...

DAs need to use a little judgment. If you are going to indict a former president during an election cycle it needs to be a slam dunk. Maybe this is, but I haven't seen it yet.

AG Barr, Campaign Manager Stempien, Attorney Ellis, Ivanka, Jared, Campaign Data Expert Oczkowksi, Acting AG Donahue, Campaign Attorney Cannon, Trump Attorney Eastman, trusted advisor Kellyanne Conway, and many more friends and advisors all told Trump he lost and that he was given bad information.

Trump Attorney Jenna Ellis publicly and in court proceedings admitted she lied about fraud.

Numerous Trump attorneys throughout the Country admitted in court and/or State Bar proceedings that they lied in court filings about fraud. Numerous were convicted, ordered to pay fines, and/or disbarred.

Sydney Powell admitted her legal filings were false. In fact, she said "no reasonable person would have believed they were statements of fact." Giuliani, who himself admitted to lying, testified that Powell's claims " went beyond the bounds of rationality, common sense, and the law."

After himself claiming widespread voter fraud in pleadings, Giuliani later admitted he did not have evidence of such fraud and retracted the pleadings. These were about GA, AZ, PA, Dominion, and more.

Trump's own team distanced themselves from Linn Wood's conspiracy theories, and Wood's primary defense was "I didn't read the pleadings before filing."

Every judge in every state dismissed Trump's claims and most sanctioned the attorneys. These judges were ultra-conservative to ultra-liberal and everything in between. Many had ruled for Trump in other significant matters unrelated to election fraud.

Trump knew better and lied to us. He still knows better and continues to lie.
