There was an old lady that lived down the street from me growing up. She probably weighed 400lbs. She didn't believe in cholesterol or generally anything from the medical industry because her husband was also fat and lived into his late 80s. She also lived into her late 80s so I guess being ignorant her whole life actually paid off.
