The biggest long term societal impact of all this is the clear message to would be Good Samaritan protectors and defenders is don't bother and just let any unhinged violent thug do his damage (regardless of whether women, children, and/or the elderly are being threatened/attacked) - especially if you're white and the perpetrator is black - or otherwise take the high risk that you'll end up being treated like the criminal and the perpetrator will be treated like the ultimate victim, plus you'll also have to deal with civil litigation to boot.

If they are smart they will view this as the win it is.

"We tried the case, a jury could not reach a verdict, at this point we think it is unlikely we would find a jury that would reach a different conclusion so we are making the decision to not pursue a retrial".

If they don't more than a few involved may lose their rather cushy jobs because public support is overwhelmingly in his favor.

This has been the case for quite awhile. A lot of people on the iright have been debanked and banned from most things. Laura Loomer was debanked and banned from uber. Nick Fuentes is still debanked and has to use offshore crypto accounts. Alex Jones was for awhile but he may have kissed the ring enough to be let back in

Also, if you recall after J6 BofA sent a list of all customer transactiuons from DC to the feds to investigate them. The banks are on trhe side of the regime. This is why I am excited to see the banks made obsolete by crypto.

Charges never should have been brought in the first place. Like the Trump trial, the judge should have enforced the constitutional rights of the defendant.

I v just thought of something: although Trump's DoJ cannot pardon Penny because it's a state trial, they can sue the state of New York for civil rights violations.

Just imagine the roles were reversed and an openly bigoted & unprofessional prosecutor railroaded a black man on bogus charges, wouldn't the federal govt use federal civil rights laws to force that state to correct its injustice?

To be honest, this is an easy way to test any issue: imagine the white parties in a case are black & the black parties are white. Would everyone still believe justice is being served? For example, what if a white prosecutor had done to Obama what Alvin Bragg (or Fani Willis) did to Donald Trump? It can also be done by switching parties: Republicans & Dems. This reveals the double standards & injustices in very stark terms.

Over and over again we are afflicted with violence perpetrated by mentally ill individuals.

The progressives continually blame guns, or racism.

The reality is twofold.

A. Drugs that cause brain damage; often resulting in permanent mental illness. Yet folks remain determined to legalize all narcotics.

B. Patients Rights laws that make it almost impossible for the police to put the mentally ill into hospitals against their will. However some folks expect the mentally ill to make rational choices in regards to their health care.



So our society merely comforts itself that individually we are unlikely to be assaulted by the mentally ill. We are unlikely to be killed.

When it happens still again to others we just are relived it wasn't us or someone we care about.

So the slaughter continues.

Well, the prosecutor is obviously biased against white men. That alone should be cause for a mistrial. She definitely deserves to be disbarred and forbidden from ever being anywhere in the legal profession.

Thank goodness. It is interesting that the jury hung on the top count but was unanimous on the lesser charge.
