Sounds to me like she's saying the Democrat Party is working for those types of people, not that all democrats are those people. Just for clarity.

These subtleties make all the difference when a whole political party is declared a "domestic extremist organization."

in spite of your wish for it to be so, that is obviously not what she meant. (And you know it.)
Leavitt is saying the Democrat Party deems their constituaents to be the people listed, as they are spending all their time and capital on them.

It's a direct quote from Trump's chief advisor and ghost-tweeter, Stephen Miller: "The Democrat Party is not a political party. It is a domestic extremist organization." They mean exactly what they say.

That's not saying what you claim it says.

I'm claiming it says the Democratic Party a domestic extremist organization. What do you think it says?

I'm guessing you don't know the difference between party leadership and people who vote for a party.

People who vote for a party are commonly known as a "constituency."

We don't need the National Guard to battle homeless camps. That's a red herring.

If so, they should be in downtown Austin yesterday.

Homeless camps are where the problems (drugs, rape, and many other crimes) start. Maybe not the national guard but at least a whole team of police to clear them out.

But only once patient rights laws are changed so that these people and their families can help them get the help they need since so many suffer from mental illness

They clear them out all the time but they are homeless so they end up right back there or in a new space just down the road.

Very good! And the Democrat Party is concentrating on not very popular parts of their constituency. That is what's being said.

100% right.

Have seen the horrible results of Patients Rights Laws for over 15 years.

Well meaning, I have no doubt. But they have resulted in the deaths of hundreds of thousands of Americans.

People who vote for a party are commonly known as a "constituency."

And yo the extent that constituency favors open borders, leaving crimes unpunished, Bidenflation, mass murder of innocent babies in the womb, poisoning & mutilating children, lying about basic biological facts and then persecuting people for telling the truth, and all the rest of the radical Leftist agenda they are extremists.

If you support terrorist behavior and act as an enabler, you are a terrorist. This is not complicated.

Thus the need for reform of patients rights laws.

Lots of presidents oversaw the end of wars. Most wars in our history ended through some form of negotiated settlement such as a peace treaty or at least an armistice.
