What is stressful is seeing prices going up on everything, your take home/extra spending money decrease and finding yourself thinking about where to cut, how to get extra money, where to get a second job, etc.

Because that is the reality many Americans are in. I know my wife and I are seeing several of those and trying to figure out how to make things work budget wise.

Venezuela would be the largest state as it is roughly the size of Texas and Oklahoma.

I don't see the Big 12 as an option for the University of Venezuela, but if they do join the Big 12 that's bad news for Tech fans & Tech BMDs because with all that oil money, they'd outspend Tech and dominate any sport they wanted to. Venezuela is probably a better fit in the SEC.

Would be a nice boost for the US men's national soccer team.

Trump should also make Nigeria another US state because it is full of very wealthy princes that have been trying to send their money to the US for decades.

When it comes to National Security I am pretty straight on that, which is why I am railing on Trump's use of the military in Iran depleting our capacity when the real enemy is getting stronger. I do not like Trump using the Military as his personal Army. Nephew just got back after 249 days deployed, supported both Venezuela and Iran.

I deployed for 120 days in 1991.

How much have you deployed? I am not interested in awards or combat MOS vs Support. To me, they all support the same mission and are necessary. But serving does matter to me.

Japan and Korea are long established allies. China is not. China is consistently stealing our IP, China has spied on us relentlessly and China may one day be on the other side of a battlefield. So, China is different and allowing them to build here, tariff free, is a potential security, labor and market share nightmare.
