All I did was post a few scriptures. Maybe you could post some about how we should treat strangers on the road .

I know I posted some OT. I also included some NT. Show me how Christ told us to treat the weak poor landless strangers.

All I did was...

LOL, your premise is that Biblical text doesn't have context, or the context you want it to. I'm merely pointing out that it does have context, and illegal aliens may be strangers, but it doesn't negate their crime. Be kind, sure, but laws have consequences.

You don't even believe the Bible literally, so why do you bother pretending?

So you cant point out any real examples from the NT? All you did was give me your opinion of me. Not very helpful. Come on, you and Assassin post more than the rest of this board combined. Tell me how Jesus says we should treat foreigners.

Hey logic challenged, individuals treat people well, but that, doesn't mean a country shouldn't have and enforce laws. Stop being an intentional moron. I'm sure you were once smarter than this. Sadly now, you're broken.

No facts or even Biblical answers. You really think a lot of yourself dont you?

Go back to posting and then responding to your posts. I think you record is 4 in a row.

Can you post the biblical examples where a country or its people are asked to drop laws just because someone is in the country illegally?

You are really arguing that a country shouldn't enforce laws. You're not smart.

I posted what my Bible says about treating strangers in your land. You call yourself a preache….

What does the Bible say about letting in endless waves of millions of people making you a foreigner in your own land?

I never remembering reading that it's a Biblical commandment to disenfranchise your self and your future descendants

It's not there. EWordly empire building doesnt seem to be a goal. Believe or not, the poor man trying to feed his family maybe equal to you in his eyes. Not a Biblical scholar but I seem to remember that theme.

No country on earth allows millions of illegals through their borders. No country on earth can provide jobs, medical care , housing and food to millions of illegals every year.

Now at some level you know this as it has been explained to you countless times.

But for whatever reason it satisfies your enormous ego to play your silly games.

God views all men everywhere as spiritual equals....and I agree

Rich, Poor, White, Black, Etc.

You still have not explained why everyone on Earth has the right to come to the USA illegally and enter into our political community and Union.

No where in the Bible or the teachings of the Christian religion does it say that

What does the Bible say about immigrants and refugees?

Love Refugees As Yourself
When a foreigner resides among you in your land, do not mistreat them. The foreigner residing among you must be treated as your native-born. Love them as yourself, for you were foreigners in Egypt. (Leviticus 19:33-34)
Leave Food for the Poor and the Foreigner
When you reap the harvest of your land, do not reap to the very edges of your field or gather the gleanings of your harvest. Do not go over your vineyard a second time or pick up the grapes that have fallen. Leave them for the poor and the foreigner. (Leviticus 19:9-10)
God Loves the Foreigner Residing Among You
He defends the cause of the fatherless and the widow, and loves the foreigner residing among you, giving them food and clothing. And you are to love those who are foreigners, for you yourselves were foreigners in Egypt. (Deuteronomy 10:18-19)
Do Not Oppress a Foreigner
Do not oppress a foreigner; you yourselves know how it feels to be foreigners, because you were foreigners in Egypt. (Exodus 23:9)
Do Not Deprive Foreigners Among You of Justice
"So I will come to put you on trial. I will be quick to testify against sorcerers, adulterers and perjurers, against those who defraud laborers of their wages, who oppress the widows and the fatherless, and deprive the foreigners among you of justice, but do not fear me," says the Lord Almighty. (Malachi 3:5)
Do Whatever the Foreigner Asks of You
"As for the foreigner who does not belong to your people Israel but has come from a distant land because of your name- for they will hear of your great name and your mighty hand and your outstretched arm-when they come and pray toward this temple, then hear from heaven, your dwelling place. Do whatever the foreigner asks of you, so that all the peoples of the earth may know your name and fear you, as do your own people Israel, and may know that this house I have built bears your Name. (1 Kings 8:41-44)
Leave Your Door Open to the Traveler
No stranger had to spend the night in the street, for my door was always open to the traveler (Job, discussing his devotion to God) (Job 31:32)
Invite the Stranger In
For I was hungry and you gave me something to eat, I was thirsty and you gave me something to drink, I was a stranger and you invited me in, I needed clothes and you clothed me, I was sick and you looked after me, I was in prison and you came to visit me.' (Matthew 25:25-36)
We Were All Baptized By One Spirit
Just as a body, though one, has many parts, but all its many parts form one body, so it is with Christ. For we were all baptized by one Spirit so as to form one body-whether Jews or Gentiles, slave or free-and we were all given the one Spirit to drink. Even so the body is not made up of one part but of many. (1 Corinthians 12:12-14)
Love Your Neighbor as Yourself
For the entire law is fulfilled in keeping this one command: "Love your neighbor as yourself." (Galatians 5:14)
Have Mercy on Your Neighbor
He asked Jesus, "And who is my neighbor?"
In reply Jesus said: "A man was going down from Jerusalem to Jericho, when he was attacked by robbers. They stripped him of his clothes, beat him and went away, leaving him half dead. A priest happened to be going down the same road, and when he saw the man, he passed by on the other side. So too, a Levite, when he came to the place and saw him, passed by on the other side. But a Samaritan, as he traveled, came where the man was; and when he saw him, he took pity on him. He went to him and bandaged his wounds, pouring on oil and wine. Then he put the man on his own donkey, brought him to an inn and took care of him. The next day he took out two denarii and gave them to the innkeeper. 'Look after him,' he said, 'and when I return, I will reimburse you for any extra expense you may have.'
"Which of these three do you think was a neighbor to the man who fell into the hands of robbers?"
The expert in the law replied, "The one who had mercy on him."
Jesus told him, "Go and do likewise." (Luke 10:29-37)

Seems pretty simple.

You'll get flamed, but those who support cruelty to refugees show their lack of familiarity with the scriptures or Jesus.
We have hundreds of thousands of children being sex trafficked by people claiming they're refugees.

If your position is against Trump's, then your position is to sustain the flow of child sex trafficking.

Lets talk about your lack of familiarity with the scriptures and Jesus.
Lets talk. I quoted scripture.
A man who has given his life to the Christian Religion and memorizing the Bible says it should not be used to push for mass migration.

[A top African Cardinal of the Catholic Church branded mass migration a "new form of slavery" and said those who seek to use the Bible to promote migration are pushing a "false" interpretation of the scriptures.

"It is a false exegesis to use the Word of God to promote migration. God never wanted these rifts," Cardinal Robert Sarah said in a new interview with French publication Valeurs Actuelles.

Sadly, our foster care system is the most significant source of sexually trafficked and exploited children in America. Even more disturbing is the U.S. being the world's largest consumer of sexually trafficked individuals. Shame on us on a multitude of levels.

I am so sorry about your negative feelings toward the seminary. However, you are not accurate. You just said: "I guarantee not a single one of them would proclaim it publicly." Okay. I am a professor at Truett. I believe homosexuality is sin and that marriage is only intended to be between one man and one woman as a lifetime commitment.
As I stated before, I have no desire to argue with you, and I certainly have no negative feelings toward Truett.

I noted to obvious truth that no Truett faculty member will publicly proclaim belief in Christian marriage much less declare homosexuality a sin.

You disagreed, so I just simply asked for five examples, and you have not provided any. The reality is regardless of what documents the faculty sign or profess in private, there is not a single Truett faculty member that will publicly proclaim homosexuality a sin or affirm Christian marriage.

You can try and deflect and distract all you want; however, you know I am correct, which is why you cannot provide a single piece of evidence that proves your case.

To reiterate, despite your projection I am not making a value judgement. I never said this was good or bad. I was just simply stating a simple reality without judgment. You projected judgement.
