… or witnesses. If a victim comes forward and is willing to testify, that might provide the best chance for conviction. But they would have to be vetted properly.

It would be a waste of time to go through the process without an ironclad case. It would be a travesty to have another Duke Lacrosse team case.

Then we might mot see any convictions. Unfortunately, this is unsurprising. Even if there are plenty of witnesses few are going to be willing to testify for fear of being Epsteined. Going against the rich & powerful is not easy, especially if they have few scruples. Pedophiles & rapists obviously have none.

That will take more. It was not a crime to visit the island. It's a cause for suspicion but that would still require an investigation. No one can be arrested without enough evidence to get a warrant.

They might be the worst scum on earth but American citizens still have constitutional rights. It doesn't matter that the fascists did not think that way with Trump, the J6ers, pro-lifers, or anyone else. They are evil hypocrites.

There's so many victims they are speaking out so loudly. You see them all over making accusations…or not. Now that could be because of point 1.

The government has literally no reason to name names because, again, the people on the list are incredibly powerful and if there's evidence of wrong doing no one has shown any in 2+ years.

I don't get point 2 though. How many times have people been involved in criminal or civil issues/cases where they were named, accused or even charged and then turns out it wasn't true? Answer- a lot. So I don't get why NOW the government would finally learn.
