We must remember that traveling to the island is not a crime but surely an investigation can be conducted to determine who the genuine criminals are. BTW - longterm you are absolutely correct. It's a gasp for breath. My biggest concern was the same as for the J6rs, the wanton destruction of documents related to the events

Mass firings for insubordination are in order even if we have to clean out the entire office. Some seem to have forgotten that the FBI is a branch of the Justice Department, not the other way around.

If Alan Dershowitz was Epstein's attorney, then he actually might have a legitimate reason to visit his client. Both men had constitutional rights. For Epstein it was the right to an attorney. Dershowitz has the presumption of innocence. If the investigation reveals that he remained on the island longer and did something illegal, perhaps unrelated to working for his client, then by all means throw the book at him.

I see no reason for anyone to jump to conclusions about Epstein's associates & convict people in the Mtis without a fair trial. That's what the fascists do. Our side can and must go better. That's why I'm patient with Trump, Bondi, Patel, etc. The latter has been in his current job for only a few days. I will give them time but it's not unlimited. I fully expect them to come down hard on the underlings withholding documents from them. The NY FBI office still work for Patel & Bondi. Obstructionists should be fired and prosecuted if there is evidence they destroyed evidence.
