Who knows? Probably the latter because it's minimal info. I don't think it really matters so long as the revelations keep coming and we get real justice eventually. Sooner is better than later.

I think its safe to say the roll-out of the Epstein documents has been poor but at least it appears they are coming. The binders were given to members of the "new media" probably to troll the legacy media. I don't think any of it was needed and was a flop because, I'm reading, nothing new was in the binders. Just have the DOJ spokesman put all the documents out on X as they become available.

As someone suggested, they need on online publicly accessible database updated regularly. That should not be too difficult. The hard part is redacting adequately to protect the victims.

The real problem is that everyone wants blood because the fascists have gone thing but cover it up for years. However, the accused also have rights that must be protected. We don't want it to become a witch hunt and we don't want people's lives destroyed over innocent associations. Epstein was well connected. Not everyone he knew or who visited his island is a rapist or pedophile.
