Look at what I said, "ends up". We are not there yet. He was great in 2016 and the Capital ended up being stormed. Atlantic City was saved until it wasn't. His long list of failed companies were successful and ended up in either court or out of business. His leadership of the USFL was great until he led them to the fall to compete with the NFL. The guy has a LONG track record of great starts, horrific finishes.
Let's let it play out before giving him "most effective" award...
