I'm skeptical that it will last but he did get the (live) hostages home at least. He got the momentum headed towards peace.

The main problem I see is an entire generation of folks who have been completely indoctrinated to hate Israel. Children were taught to idolize suicide bombers, etc. I don't know how a society comes back from that.

We will see. But an amazing accomplishment for sure.

This truce has a real chance of working only because the other Muslim countries ( except Iran ) are part of the deal.

If Hamas doesn't play......their money sources are long gone.

And Iran's only card was the threat of nuclear war.......and that has been eliminated.

BTW its amusing to read / hear those who hate Trump so badly they are clearly hoping the killing resumes.

It isn't Hamas that matters here, it's the nations in the region. Hamas is like a tumor, the surrounding nations are the blood supply.
