So is the correct action to over-react and push the pendulum beyond center or is it to enforce laws equally and apply standards equally?

There are people on this board that champion "due process". In this case, and many others, it totally fails. Those against the bombing of drug boats can't see how judges can be bought off by cartels. In this case with the 6 year old that died "due process" totally failed. And this dad might just apply justice on his own.

The reason for my comments is that we seem to have some on this board that believe, based on their posting history, all blacks are incapable of living in a civilized culture.

They seem to forget that even when not being treated equally in the 50s and early 60s black families were making great strides.

When PP, academia, and the democrats decided to help the black families is when they started to destroy the black families. They pushed the pendulum well beyond help and equality into dependency and favoritism.

My concern is that the correction will become an over-correction and quickly move past equality towards a lesser status.

I think the comments of a handful on this board are great examples of the hate for blacks.

There's a middle ground between cross-burning and coddling. That's where we need to be.

Just to beat someone to the punch, I understand that some of the "help" provided by PP, academia, and the democrats was nothing more than vote buying.

Some will say the blacks are too stupid to see what was happening to them and that is proof enough of being lessers. I would ask that before continuing with that thought process, you need to look at the white women of our nation and realize the same thing is happening to them now that happened to the black families beginning in the mid 60s.
