It's the fault of low expectations over generations.

Enforce the law equally, hiring practices equally, educational standards equally and all of the issues will disappear over a period of time.

1950s black culture in the US demonstrates that and that was with the pendulum swung opposite of where it is now.

Does the law really matter may depend on how the powerful can twist it to get their way.

I don't know that enforcing the law equally would reduce crime, but it would almost be worth it just to see the panic it would cause among white conservatives.

I think you should read this article from Time magazine in the 1950s.

https://content.time.com/time/subscriber/article/0,33009,810262,00.html

Here is an except from the article:

In 1,551 U.S. cities, according to the FBI tally for 1956, Negroes, making up 10% of the U.S. population, accounted for about 30% of all arrests, and 60% of the arrests for crimes involving violence or threat of bodily harmmurder, non-negligent manslaughter, rape, robbery and aggravated assault. In one city after another, the figureswhere they are not hidden or suppressed by politiciansreveal a shocking pattern. Items:
New York (14% Negro). Of the prisoners confined in houses of detention last year to await court disposition of their cases, 44% of the males and 65% of the females were Negroes.

I do think things probably were better then bc more people were married and Christian but it only marginally better then than now.

You really want to use a 1956 Hoover FBI report on blacks in America? Why don't you just ask David Duke or barBEARian if black folks are good/bad?

Maybe you can look at a Pfizer study on COVID for an unbiased study.

Would you trust a 2022 FBI study on domestic terrorism?

I know you're somewhat intelligent. Why do you choose to turn it off an on?

Im not saying anyone is bad. There are good and bad people of all kinds. You should probably take time to read that article bc it addresses some of what you just said. I do believe that there is a correlation between IQ, race and violence. Ive seen stats showing that rich black people have a higher rate of violence than poor whites so its not just a socio economic factor.

A combination of segregation and the lack of fully realized generational dependency on the welfare state started by F Roosevelt and expanded by LBJ forced blacks to be independent and take pride in their own communities. The most intelligent and skilled thrived... whereas today resources are taken from the most intelligent and skilled and redistributed to the lowest common denominator which allows them to disproportionately out-breed their more productive peers.

This effects all races, whites too.
