I'm okay with his mean tweets. The left tries to paint it as Trump being petty but really it's Trump using his platform to insult the giant leftist media machine and those they protect right back to their faces, not just on his behalf but for all of us on the right who so regularly get attacked by leftist politicians and media alike. I can tell you from personal experience, that yes, this person is very selective with his "scolding", and it's guided by which view he wants to promote and which one he wants to marginalize. Be careful about being too effective in arguiing the point he doesn't like - that's when his accusations of having a "mean tone", being "authoritarian", and being a "Pharisee" usually get unleashed.
