Yes, I am a big World Cup fan. My wife and I follow Germany, as I love their style of play and my wife is of German descent. I put it on the same level as the Olympics. Love seeing the different styles. This World Cup I am loving Japan they are fun to watch.

As for USA, of course I root for them. But, realistically they have little shot at getting out of the round of 32.

The way it is playing out, you are right. It would be a disappointment if USA lost in Round of 32 with the current teams that we may play.

I think we have a 20% chance maybe to make the Elite Eight, which would be amazing.

The likely result is making Round of 16, which would be successful.


Stars aligning for run to 8.

Bosnia in Round of 32 should be win, they are best case.

Belgium in Round of 16 looks like worst case scenario. That gets us to the Round of 8. From there, lucky bounce??
