This is all happening because @wnba refuses to define what a woman is. Meaning Kanter is currently eligible to play in the WNBA. https://t.co/lULoIPT9dz

I don't know why she can't just say he's not eligible to play. I'd add, not committed to the bit.
When Trump tried to force the NFL to accept his team as an expansion team at the expense of the other owners, disgusted Pete Rozelle told him he'd never own an NFL franchise. For some reason she can't shut this down.

There is no definition of "women" provided.
So again, without a definition of what "women" is, why isn't Enes Kanter or the others who have declared eligible?

Not if they refuse to define "woman". The rules limit players to women only but does not define the term. Since wokesters think it's defined by the individual and apparently the WNBA is extremely woke, Enes Kanter Freedom & Royce White are women and therefore eligible.
The are n a conundrum of their own creation and it's amusing to watch them twist themselves into pretzels over their stupidity, stubbornness, and arrogance.
That's potentially a decision for the courts if the WNBA chooses not to define what "women" is while also restricting access to employment to "women".Mitch Blood Green said:90sBear said:The league CBA states, "only players who are women are eligible to play in the WNBA."Mitch Blood Green said:90sBear said:Mitch Blood Green said:Jack Bauer said:

That's the problem and why the league president has not commented on the eligibility status of Enes Kanter or Royce White.

Maybe. Part of the problem here may be that the WNBA is full of XXs who love it when people call them "Big Poppa." They're not willing to say that pretending to be another gender is, well, pretending, even when the shoe is on the other foot.
I also wonder if the WNBA is afraid they might put a test in place that some current players might not pass? E.g. the Olympic boxer.
They may be in a real bind here, no pun intended.

Seems like they have a definition of what a woman is, but won't say it for fear of upsetting that crowd but are also still meeting to define a woman.....
