It's always George Soros…just like the left always blames the Koch brothers. You are right, no one has been caught red handed but this stinks to high heaven of a right wing maneuver to get people pissed and out to the polls. What would Soros have to gain if it helped Paxton in any way?

Soros funds literally billions of dollars each year to radical groups.

Read my posts above. I do not need to try and re-explain it to you.

Sorry, player. This is a right wing funded effort.

Again you have no proof. Just wild accusations.

Man, you know it's a right wing group. This is like seeing the fat kid with cake on his face. The cake is gone. Are we supposed to believe "cake face" is a common state for him even though we didn't see him eat it?

No I don't KNOW. Can I suspect who is behind it? Yes. But do I have proof? No.

Neither do you. So all you are doing is making wild accusations

In all aspects of your life, do you only need proof? I've never tried crack but I know that ain't good for you. I've never tried anal. I know I don't want to.

I've never tried lesbian three way, I know I will with Halle Berry and Charlise.

I can't prosecute and sentence with the proof I don't have. But I can internet it out.

What a weird post.

There is concrete evidence that crack is bad for a human.

There is no evidence for this mailing. And in this case yes proof is needed.

I am willing to bet "Statman's virginity" that this is right funded. What you putting up?

If it wasn't funded by the right, Greg Abbott, Dan Patrick, and most certainly AG Ken Paxton would be all over it.
Their silence tells you everything you need to know.

What a stupid response.

So using your thinking the silence from all the politicians on the left over this issue ALSO tells you everything you need to know.

Or their silence on boys beating up on girls in sports.....

Or illegals killing and raping American citizens.....

Or 100 other issues.

There is an election in Texas. The issue conservatives raise most here is the transgender scare. Who stands to benefit from this mailer? Who has the most dark money to do mass mailings? Occam's Razor.

True. But that is not PROOF. As Mitch keeps claiming. He says he KNOWS it was a right wing group that sent it. But there is NO PROOF.

Key word proof. Evidence. Only hypothesis and theory.

We aren't in court. I am relying on common sense.

Proof is not needed ONLY in court.

People make thousands of decisions a day without the benefit of admissible evidence. I can form my opinion on common sense. Until someone comes up with something that makes more sense, that is what I chose to believe. You can engage in your wishful thinking otherwise.

Then believe your fairy tale. But stop trying to force others to believe it. Stop pushing this make believe as "what happened"

If giving out facts and logic is "forcing people to believe," I plead guilty. And here is an update from today. The printing company whose mailing permit was used to send the mailers is owned by a MAGA fan and Trump donor The group whose name was used is pursuing disocvoery through pre-suit depostions to dientify who did this.

As part of that discovery, the group noted that text messages to the same effect as the mailer wnet out, The sender of the text messages distributes content for clients, but says it has no roel in that content It can't divulge teh nemae of the client absent legal proceedings. Given that there is a egal proceedingl I am guessing we will get more info soon.

Almost every consultant interviewed, GOP included, expects this to be a right wing group fro the same reason I laid out. You have your head buried deep in the sand.

Because I want prof before I blame anyone I have my head in the sand???

Lol. Yeah ok. Whatever.

I have never said it was not a right wing group. I have never said it couldn't be a right wing group. Or any other group.

My stance from my first post on this thread until this one is that I will wait for solid evidence and facts before declaring who did it or condemning anyone.

I am reciting facts and logic. I am not sure what sort of proof you would find acceptable. It is also interesting that when Harrison was saying this was Geroge Soros and left-wing funded, you weren't jumping in to slam him for lack of proof.

You haven't provided proof. You have cited unverified reports.

You clearly have no idea what proof means.

This all started with Mitch. Then you felt the need to interject yourself into the discussion to defend him. That is why I didn't say anything to Harrison. I was waiting for Mitch to provide his proof.

My whole work life is governed by proof. What I understand is this: (1) there is hardly ever any one fact that proves a whole case. It is many small facts and the conclusions the jury draws from them. (2) If you want verified declarations from witnesses, I don't have time to collect them for the sake on an internet forum. I am giving you an observation-this was right wing funded and executed. If you don't see that as the overwhelming likelihood, you are acively hiding from it.

I love this post so much. This is the perfect illustration of what I have been constantly preaching - the lack of self-awareness and low-EQ among most LWNJs.

Take a moment to read the post. It starts with how is "live governed by proof." And then he concludes that 100% it was done by a right-wing group without offering a single shed off proof other than his feelings.

One could not do a better illustration of "facts don't care about your feelings." He seems to really think that whatever he believes must be true regardless of any facts to support his position, or he has just in his mind redefined "truth" as "agrees with me."

While not surprising, he completely misses the irony he claims to be "governed by truth" but then is convinced of something without a shed of proof.

From a motive POV, of course if it was done by a right-wing group is reasonable.

Also, from a motive POV, it is just as likely it was done by a Groomer group with the dual goal of getting out the message as well as providing red meat rage-bait for the LWNJs. What points to this is:
1. The Talking Points basically were mailed concurrently - I mean all the LWNJs were singing the same song within minutes
2. The left-wing media continues to be just apoplectic over it as if it is the most important story of the year

Notice how to left-wing media completely has ignored to story about how a fake polling company was used to run an anti-democratic demoralization campaign against Republican candidates but they're losing their mind over this - which is completely in line with Groomers as the literature was copied perfectly from the group's site.

I love that this is a debate. Hot take here, but I hope it was a republican op. Hilarious if so. Brilliant strategy and it will be amazing to watch the left freak out about it when it is literally a piece outlining stances they have openly and publicly taken on many occasions. But reminding republican voters of these unhinged positions right before an election is BAD BAD BAD! How dare republicans educate the voter base on what our positions actually are?

There is a democrat running for governor here in Oklahoma named Cyndi Munson, which to me is a very stripperish way of spelling Cindy. I keep seeing signs around town in peoples yards that are green (not blue) and say "Republicans for Cyndi Munson." No mention of her being a democrat. I guarantee every single person with that sign in their yard is a registered democrat who hasn't voted republican in decades. But they're trying to give the impression she's a palatable candidate for republicans or just to outright fool people she is a republican. It's the same tactic in different clothes.

Perhaps some dem backed organization did send the mailers. Perhaps those radicals sent it to sabotage Talarico for backing off his previous full throated support of their crazy positions. Perhaps it was a brilliant republican strategy. The end result will likely be the same no matter who sent it. But the democrats full on sprint to get to the bottom of it because it makes them look bad when it's literally things from their stated platform is pure comedy.

That was the point made earlier in the thread: the flyer is literally taken word-for-word from the group's web site. It is not like it was exaggerated. And all the links go to actual Groomer sites praised by the LWNJs. So there is something funny to the fact that the LWNJs are outraged that their beliefs were publicized. I mean Kim Klan Krawford acting like he would "outranged" if his children received while supporting pro-Groomer activities.

The reverse is more true. If the right is horrified by transgender recruitment, it would be pretty stupid of them to be doing the recruiting.

Unless, of course, they knew that there is no such thing and they are using ot for cheap political fodder.

If there was no such thing then both parties would be on the same page. The Dems put themselves on the 10% side of this issue.

The simplest question to ask yourself is this: Which party has consistently cheated to win elections? That is the party behind the talking points.

The GOP has been trying to rig elections for the past quarter-century by making it more difficult to vote. That effort swamps anything Democrats have done. Besides that, I doubt the Trump-aligned printer here was chosen by a bunch of liberals. And as you point out, this is an issue that liberals do not want to stress. So why would they? Finally, it is the liberals who are digging for facts-the right has no interest in investigating.

Good luck with this. That organization, whoever it was, did nothing illegal in mailing out an information packet. It said nothing about party affiliation, voting, or anything of the sort. There seems to me to be no legal basis for ordering them into court and I suspect just about any lawyer will be able to shoot this down.

So somebody can come into your business, use your letterhead, and mail communications as if they were coming from you? There are, in fact, laws against that.

Yeah, they didn't do any of that. They pointed people to a publicly available resource. From what I've read, the mailer didn't say it was from TENT, it merely pointed people to some of their resources amongst others.

Imagine believing in your cause so much, you're outraged when you receive free publicity from an anonymous source sent to millions of people. Lol. This whole charade just proves these organizations are shady and prefer to operate in the shadows to usurp parents rights and recruit children to their causes.

Yes, they did. They incorporated in Wyoming with a name almost exactly the same as the Texas organization. They put the name on the mailer. Then, they used the Texas organization's mailing address.

They addressed the mailer to kids. All to feed the BS that the left wants to transition your children. If you can't see why that is wrong, you are the zealot.

Illegal aliens don't vote in any appreciable number. It is a solution to a problem that doesn't exist. It will make voting much harder for many people who skew Democratic. The real risk to elections is counting fraud and sophisticated foreign interference. The exact thing the GOP does not want to police.

One illegal alien voting is one too many. So far this year, dozens have been arrested and are being prosecuted. I've seen multiple reports, each of a relatively small number, but the cumulative impact is significant. The Dem governor of New Jersey admitted that 6,600 illegals were registered to vote snd hundreds had voted. That's one state. We have every reason to believe that what has been exposed so far is only a drop in the bucket. Considering how many different ways Dems steal elections, how long they have been doing so (decades), and how obsessively they oppose any efforts to protect Americans from fraud (any fraud: California passed the Stop Nick Shirley Act) it's natural to conclude that the problem is very real.

We watched it happen in real time in the LA mayor's race. We are watching it happen in Alaska, Minnesota, and other places as well.

Unequivocally yes. Why do you think there are campaigns against mail-in voting and early voting? Why the closure of polling places? Why make it so hard to get an ID that satisfies voter ID laws? Why all the signature laws? Why no drop boxes?

In addition to that, Trump, in particular (won't tar the whole GOP with this), has done his level best to wreck Americans' faith in our democratic procedures, which is a huge disincentive to vote.

There are many things I agree with the GOP about, but the constant assault on democracy, without evidence and logic, is the one reason I can't bring myself to vote for any of them.

Second, Trump and DOJ estimates on illegal aliens registered to vote have been proven as widly inflated. Third, it is already a felony for an illegal alien to regiter to vote and a separate felony to actually vote. If they have proof, prosecute them.

You don't get to make up your own facts to suit your narrative. TENT is the Transgender Education Network of Texas. The name on the envelope for the organization who sent this is the Texas Transgender Student Union. TENT. TTSU. Calling those two names "almost exactly the same" is disingenuous at best, openly dishonest at worst. They also didn't use the Texas Organization's mailing address. They used an address that appears to not exist. The zealot in this exchange is the one lying to emphasize their point. I'll stick to actual facts, thank you.

As I've said, I really don't care who sent it. The Dems, and TENT, have been very open about supporting exactly the things listed in this mailer. So why are they so upset it was sent? Republicans are fervently against this nonsense. If they sent it, they're trying to draw attention to what they deem to be a losing position.
Sic Everyone.

Note that you did not mention the address copying. "Texas Transgender" coming from the same address-if you don't think that is impersonation, you are just dumb.

You still haven't answered exactly why TENT would be so upset with someone else paying big bucks to promote their actual agenda. If they truly believe in this stuff, what's to be mad about?

BS. The dems are currently cheating Alaska and you have the gall to write this dribble? Even if one were to assume that proving that you are eligible to vote counts as "rig elections," at least the GOP does it through legislation, in front of the voters.

Meanwhile, the smokes for votes people operate in the shadows and scream "it was the most secure election in history!"

On a side note, do you not find it at least somewhat comical that Democrats claim to be comprised of the better educated but also claim their voters cannot figure out how to get government issued identification?
