It's all fixed now. The new model works like the Phi Delt Prez case. You could theoretically pop someone during Welcome Week. Have your attorney delay, delay, delay, ... University awaits court verdict (or verdicts if you add the Elliot twist). Graduate. Plea. Problem solved.
