Is it time for us to seriously have this discussion? Yes, it is time. We no longer have that much in common. Let's have a peaceful and amicable divorce. Go our separate ways. It is time.
Question to the Liberal cohort:
Which of you had Wednesday 7pm for the first secession thread? I think I had Tuesday at 9. Anyone closer?
Seriously, the numbers are not in, and your guy could still be reelected, Arizona is breaking his way (great call Fox!). At this point, he is still up 111k in PA....y'all are keeping the Senate, you damn well nearly took back the House--all this, after your guy ran the worst race in Presidential History (I mean, he's losing to Joe Biden, thats got to sting).
Seriously folks, more people voted for President than ever before-- the highest percentage of eligible voters in 120 years. I've been thinking this for a week now. Whoever wins, the people have spoken.
If Biden wins, forget any major initiatives, as he has to get the Republicans to go along. Hopefully some stimulus money, infrastructure money to repair our roads and bridges which are in horrendous--third world level--condition. Even a tax hike on the wealthy will be difficult to get through the Senate. Concerns of the rise of the proletariat are premature.
