All counting was observed. In Pennsylvania, as I recall, they were 15 feet away from the actual counting, and complained about not being close enough. So you're lying. Poll watchers watched all the ballot counting. Some complained they weren't close enough.
Ballots being destroyed is troubling, however nobody has found evidence that they were legitimate ballots.
Audits were refused in states where Biden won by a large margin. That's typical, and normal. Both sides whine every 4 years when it's denied to their side.
I would not raise hell about any of these processes. 4 years ago, Trump won by a far slimmer margin against Hillary, and praised the system for its resilience to voter fraud. This time, he lost by a ton of votes, and complained the system was fraudulent.
Unless you have evidence that this year, there was actual mass fraud, it looks and sounds like a baby having its first big cry. Which is exactly what your posting amounts to.

Are you talking about Illinois? You're posting misinformation if so, because on September 24th, more than 1.8 million mailin ballot applications had been returned. There ended up being many more after that. edit: I'm not sure I worded that clearly enough. Illinois mailed more than 6 million mail-in ballot applications to potential voters. 5 weeks before the deadline to return the application for a mail-in ballot, 1.8 million had already been returned. Obviously, there were more applications returned in those 5 weeks, though I can't easily find how many.

Every close election results in those on the losing side questioning whether the election was stolen. No credible evidence of widespread fraud has been brought to a Court of Law. The judgement of many of the Judges in the lawsuits--several of them Republican appointees--literally scorches the haphazard and shoddy legal efforts on behalf of the Trump Campaign. There is a lot to cleanup needed in the American Electoral Process. Such efforts have to begin before the election.
